Over Labor Day weekend we went with a couple of friends to South Central Utah (Bicknell, Teasdale, Boulder Mtn). Trent's Great Great Grandparents lived down there as did his Great Grandparents and Grandmother. We stayed at a Ranch owned by one of Trent's friends. We rode horses, fished, had smores and sang campsongs by the fire with Jake accompanying on the guitar, and visited a lot of natural wonders. It was an awesome trip!
As you come to the Ranch you pass by this old dinner bell and the mill stones from a very old mill just down the road.
Someone had to catch a fish. This came out of the Freemont River which is also known as the "Dirty Devil" after a rain storm because it turns red. Trent's Gma was baptised in the Dirty Devil when she was 8 yrs old and when she came out of the water her white clothes had turned red. (One of her favorite stories)
