For the 2nd time in 5 years the UTES have gone undefeated and will play in a BCS bowl. The final game ended with 4 pics in the last quarter by a powerful UTE defense and a 48-24 win over in-state rival and nationally ranked BYU. It was a great date - Rachel especially liked the hot dogs and the defensive backs with the long curly hair coming out of their helmets.
We did not rush the field although it was tempting. It was very exciting.
Prior to the game Rachel and Izabella went to the NutCracker. We also went last year but with 1 more year under her belt, Izabella was a little more observant of the tight pants on the men. She mentioned how the pants went right up the.........ummmmmmmmm....crack - I'd tie that in with the name of the play but that's a slippery slope. I think the sight disturbed her.
