Where has the time gone???? Izabella enjoyed performing for the school but was thrilled when she got her new Acoustic Guitar for Christmas! She'll be even more thrilled when she is 15 and see's this awesome picture of her in Spongebob Footed Pajamas! Hey....she asked for footed pajamas!
Carson went BALLISTIC, CRAZY. FREAKED out when he came out of surgery at Shriner's Hospital. Between feeling "foot" claustrophobic, in severe pain and not a fan of Lortab & Valium, it made for a fun Christmas! Yet on day 7---things miraculously got better. Let's just say, I didn't realize what we were in for and am glad it's over this time! He is casted from toes to knees until Feb 2nd. They had to cut into the tendon muscles, make additional cuts so that his toes wouldn't curl, and cut again to turn his right foot back into position. Imagine if someone then took your leg and put it in a "stretching" position and then casted it stiff for 6 wks. Yep, he was ticked! We all felt bad for him and think he is an amazingly strong kid!
So last Sunday we were watching Toy Story 3 for the bazzilionth time when Carson plucked his loose tooth out. He was laughing so hard at the movie that he pulled it out. There was blood and I was trying to fish it out from under his tongue. He kept laughing so hard that it was tough. Finally I retrieved it before being swallowed and was happy that I didn't have to work at pulling it out!
SO ANYHOW!!!!!! That's our lives in a nutshell.
